Brown's Alignment, Brake, and Auto Repair

I highly recommend Browns. I got the impression the owner was the one running the front desk. He was very fair and honest with all the customers while I was in the shop and for our case his team spent most of the day working on my car and only charged $300 which included a $100+ dollar part. I will definitely come back for my alignment repairs in the future. Great job Browns!

I had a great experience at Brown's Alignment. They helped me choose a new set of tires for my EV, and I couldn't be happier with their recommendation. The service was quick, the communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, and they made everything easy from start to finish. One thing I regret is not taking them up on the opportunity to drive their courtesy '96 Accord Wagon—that thing is seriously cool! I'll have to do that next time. If you're looking for honest recommendations, great service, and a shop that clearly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Brown's Alignment.

Browns has been the only place to touch my 2012 sedan in the last five years. You can trust this place. They are always fair, professional, and don’t come up with things to randomly charge for. I have never had any problems with any of the work Brown’s has done, but they always follow up just to confirm I am satisfied with the service. You can feel the integrity and decency. Communication is A+. Big fan. I plan to take my cars to Brown’s for everything they need indefinitely. If you need to drop off — it’s a short walk to Pine State Coffee (high traffic though, I wouldn’t bring kids) which is the best coffee in Raleigh & a nice place to hang out.

Brown service has worked on my vehicle three times in the past year. The first time was after being referred to them by Costco, due to someone In another state, over tightening my lug nuts. Which prevented the employees at Costco from rotating my tires without damaging the Hubs on my car. Browns Alignment took me in without an appointment and managed to get the lug nuts off and reset new ones in a very timely manner. Shortly thereafter, I had an appointment to have my vehicle aligned, which was nice because I was new to the area and I generally have my vehicle aligned once a year. This time I went in after having my tires rotated at Costco, the appointment with Browns Alignment was scheduled for 1 o’clock in the afternoon. However, Costco finished rotating my tires much earlier than expected! Although my appointment at Browns Alignment was much later, however I drove over to see if they would have time to squeeze me in earlier. The employees. readily accepted my vehicle and performed my alignment maintenance shortly after my arrival. Because they completed my service so quickly, I was able to get home much earlier than expected. If you want great alignment service for a reasona

I am so pleased with the work done on my car at Brown’s Alignment! They are so pleasant to work with and everything was completed promptly. I like that they send a reminder about my appointment - and even a follow-up text to be sure my car was running smoothly after the work.
